We're the people behind 414 Creative Studio!
Our team consists of a family unit with individual talents and artistic visions that work really well together.
Husband and Wife, Brad and Steph have lived in Chatham, ON since around 2020 where Brad found himself with some time, a disorganized Cannabis shelf, and an interest in reclaiming old boxes into something that is not only super cool, but also VERY useful and discreet. Steph started creating candles as a way to relax and pour her creativity into something.
Her wax creations are all Non-Scented, on purpose. Not everyone loves a scented candle.
What they lack in scent, they more than make up for in colour and creativity! Check out Candle n Wax to see some of her work!
Steph's Sister Nicki, along with her husband Darren (lifelong friends with Brad) moved to Chatham after 14 years in Vancouver, BC.
Nicki has spent years creating everything from Latex and Silicone Special FX, to Canvas painting, Photography, sculpting as well as creating incredible pieces of art using a variety of objects and colours within beautiful epoxy structures and shapes. Nicki's work can be seen in Nicki's Treasures and Gifts.
As you'd guess by the Photography page, Darren is a Photographer. He has spent the better part of 20 years behind a camera, and in that time he's decided that having a mobile studio allows him have the flexibility to create unique and dynamic photographs. You can see a small sample of his work on the Photography page.
When COVID hit in 2020, like so many other people, Darren and Nicki we left looking for new opportunities. Darren had spent a few years as a screen printer in his youth, and started printing t-shirts for an absolutely amazing Charitable Organization, Bikers Against Child Abuse. If you have never heard of these people, or you think you have but aren't sure, please check out their International Facebook page to learn more about them.
Darren has continued to print shirts under the name 414 Screen Printing here in Chatham, ON and focuses on other small businesses.
